HOW DO I SEARCH FOR A PRODUCT?

The most relaxing way to shop with us is to browse through the categories at the top of the web-page or left side bar and then refine what you are looking for by clicking on each section, spilt into either product types (i.e. Men T-shirts). Alternatively just type in the product into our search facility(top right corner). Once you have found what you want, click ‘add to dj bag’, and when you’re done shopping, follow the on screen instructions to fill in your payment and delivery details.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

As an online business, we aim to provide a returns service that is totally hassle-free for you. From receipt, you have 14 days to decide if you want to return any item(this include all sale items) within your order. You can return your goods by making your own arrangements through any postal carrier. Please note when you return an item, we would like to know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you want us to.Once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

WHAT CAN I DO IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order then send us an email to info@djt-shirts.com and we will sort it out for you as soon as possible.

HOW TO ORDER AN ITEM?

The only way for you to order products direct from us is to order online using your credit or debit card. Online transactions are processed for us by PayPal(Secure Credit Card Payments). PayPal have been proven to be the safest option for secure online payments. This means that you do not have to worry about anyone being able to gain access to your credit or debit card details. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use your credit or debit card.

IS PAYMENT GATEWAY SERVICE SAFE?

We are using PayPal - Online Payment & Credit Card Processing Service which is designed from the ground up to be a safer way to pay online. PayPal doesn’t expose or sell your financial information. Your sensitive financial information is securely stored on PayPal's servers. When you use PayPal to pay online, you provide only your PayPal email address. We receive payment from PayPal without ever seeing your financial information. When registering with PayPal or logging in to their site, they verify that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available).
